Use Sanctuary during periods of anxious or restless energy, overthinking, emotional overwhelm or when you’ve spent so much time pouring into everything around you that you’ve forgotten how to pour back into yourself. Its intention is to create a ritual of softness—encouraging you to slow down, reconnect with your body, extend grace to yourself and remember that solitude does not have to mean loneliness.
